All suites feature expansive new windows, a fireplace in the living rooms, washer and dryer, light maple-colored hard surface flooring with carpeted bedrooms, ceramic tile floor in bathrooms, energy-saving LED lighting throughout, individually controlled high efficiency heating and air conditioning, and are wired for the highest-speed wireless fiber internet available downtown. Our luxury gourmet kitchens boast a flat cooktop and beverage center, smudge-free stainless steel ENERGY STAR appliances, granite countertops with farmhouse sinks, dishwasher, and beautiful white cabinets with soft close. Our penthouse master bedrooms feature fireplace and privacy wall with sitting area. Some features that are found in some of our suites include a double oven, double sink vanities in bathrooms, and a walk-in closet in the bedroom.

Residences at Halle in Cleveland offers a one-of-a-kind building with a 21,000 square foot lower level amenities center featuring the largest private fitness center downtown (open 24/7 with locker rooms and showers), a community center (open 24/7 for resident use), and conference center that holds up to 200 people, with kitchen, restrooms, and smaller conference room - available for residents by reservation. Yours Truly Restaurant, Booklein Convenience Store, and Self-Made Couture are located in the first floor lobby, and EV chargers are available in the attached parking garage that can be accessed through the underground tunnel. The building has controlled access entry and controlled elevator access for residential floors, security on-site 24/7, on-site management and maintenance, and 24-hour emergency maintenance. Our amazing location in the heart of Playhouse Square puts us within walking distance of sporting venues, restaurants and everything downtown has to offer.

Yes, Residences at Halle in Cleveland has a maximum of two pets allowed (with a one dog maximum) per suite, and all pets must be spayed or neutered.
Max weight for dogs is 30 lbs. and we do have breed restrictions. Please contact us for full pet policy.
Yes, $20 per pet, per month, and a non-refundable $300 deposit per pet.
Utilities are sub metered and included in the resident ledger along with rental charges, accessible through the Resident Portal.
